Engineers will complete a planned software upgrade to the Hosted PBX system (PBX Nodes 4 and 5) .
The software upgrade will take approximately 5-10 minutes during the planned outage window . While the software upgrade and system restart is taking place, phones may lose registration and inbound and outbound calls may not be successful. Services will restore automatically once the system is fully booted and the upgrade is complete.
