Dear Valued Customer,

We write to inform you of a planned maintenance activity for your Fibre Broadband service (Victoria Only)

This planned maintenance activity is scheduled for 9TH APRIL 2020 between 21:00 and 21:30 AEDST.

Scope of work/Impact:
A planned maintenance activity has been urgently expedited due to recent substantial increases in broadband activity related to COVID19. As a result, the service will be re-programmed and re-connected which will cause a brief outage of the service for approximately 1 to 5 minutes during the outage window. No further impact is expected.

If your service does not return within 4 hours of the outage window, please power cycle your equipment.

Engineers will be monitoring the planned maintenance work closely and will continuing to provide 24 hour on call emergency assistance.

We apologise for any inconvenience these works may cause.
