Binary Networks will be undertaking planned maintenance work and core infrastructure upgrades in our Sydney, NSW facility on 27/6/2020 10pm AEST until 28/6/2020 2am AEST. During the maintenance window, some telephone and broadband services may lose connectivity for up to 15 minutes during this period. If you continue to experience issues after the maintenance window has closed, please power cycle your equipment and/or contact network operations on 1300 246 279.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Voice Services (Voice Network - Hosted PBX), Core Network, Managed WAN Services, Web Hosting - DNS Servers, and Broadband Services (Broadband Network - NBN & ADSL, Broadband Network - Fibre, Broadband Network - EFM Broadband).
